The meeting discussed and resolved the following issues:

1. Discussion lasted about 5 hours on different aspects and finally, all the participants unanimously agreed to form 'Ananda Chandra College Alumni Association' (ACCRA) and accordingly the Association formed with an executive Ad-hoc committee, consisting of the following members (See Anexure-1) and also took the following resolutions for initial activities

2. The executive ad-hoc committee empowered to work as working committee

3. The committee empowered to carry out all official and financial activities of the association.

4. The committee empowered to take active initiative for the registration of the Association under the Sociaty Registration ACTs.

5. The committee will open a website for circulation and registration of the memberships of association by depositing /transferring Rs. 100 or Rs. 130. (Rs. 30 for outstation bank cheque)
